 Price Increase - Power Transmission Belts |

The past years continued surge in fuel and transportation costs plus resulting worldwide demand and higher prices for commodities necessitate that we take the following actions.
Effective July 16, 2007, we will adjust pricing within our Power Transmission belt business. New orders placed on or after this date will be affected as follows:
Prices will increase 5% on all MXV, Classical, Deep Wedge, Variable Speed and Double V belts. Includes Multi-Rib, Acculink and VAR belting and accessories.
5% increase on Metric V-Belts (SPZ-SPA-SPB-SPC) & (XPZ-XPA-XPB).
Prices will increase 5% on all Timing & HTB, Open End, Dual Sided and Tiger Synchronous belts.
3% increase on Urethane standard and metric Open End & Endless Synchronous Belting.
